- 6 Steps to Personalised Home Decor
- Choosing home décor that is personal and great looking can prove a difficult task but thanks to personalised home décor and photo items it has become considerably easier. There are items that can be added to any room in order to make it much more personal and all personalised home décor or interior décor items are surprisingly inexpensive and good quality -a great combination indeed.
- 1 – Canvas Prints
- A canvas print can be created from any photograph. Have one created of your family and hang it in the living room – if you’re stuck choosing a single photo then you can create a photo montage from a dozen or so of your favourite pictures and then have this printed onto a high quality, woven canvas. The results are truly spectacular and a photo canvas can brighten up any living room.
- 2 – Roller Blinds
- You can also add a photograph to a great quality roller blind to add to the kitchen. It could also be used in the bathroom and once the image is printed on to the roller blind you can enjoy the great looks from the outside as well as the inside. While a little light is allowed in through the roller blind, people on the outside can’t see in.
- 3 – Folding Screens
- Have a folding screen created using one of your best and most recent holiday photographs and then use it to separate the office space from the sleeping space in the spare room. The size of a folding screen helps to give the illusion that there are, in actual fact, two rooms and you can enjoy a little extra privacy while working out the monthly finances or working from home.
- 4 – Photo Cushions
- Photo cushions can be added to the settee or they can be personalised and put on the bed along with a photo blanket (see below). You don’t have to use family or holiday photographs, and you could instead have a photo cushion personalised to include a picture of the cat or dog making it a great addition to any family home.
- 5 – Photo Cubes
- Photo cubes are created from strong, firm, and extremely comfortable cushion filler. Designed as a perfect cube, this allows for a degree of customisation that you wouldn’t find with many items because you can completely personalise all six of the faces. Why not update some of your son or daughter’s baby photos and create several photo cubes of different sizes, and put them in the kid’s bedroom as a safe and durable multi purpose piece of home furnishing?
- 6 – Photo Blankets
- The photo blanket looks particularly effective when it includes a photo montage of your favourite pictures. Celebrate a wedding anniversary by using fifteen of your favourite wedding pictures and have them turned into a professional photo montage before being printed on a high quality and extremely durable photo blanket. Photo blankets are great for any size of bed or they can be used as lap blankets, travel blankets, and even cot blankets.
- Bags of Love has a vast selection of personalised home décor items such as the photo blanket that can be given as beautiful anniversary gifts or used to add a touch of your personality to every room of the house.
